Bridge has founded in the summer of 2004 by two recognized successful entrepreneurs living in Panama, with a common dream to organize investors into a global community and make investment opportunities accessible to a wider group of people.

Bridge is a registered and incorporated company under the laws in Belize, to ensure total privacy and asset protection for its members. Belize is located on the Caribbean coast of Central America, and its legal system is based on the British laws system.


Mission statement
Their mission is to put opportunities to create individual wealth in the hands of ordinary investors, by challenging traditional financial institutions with a new, mass market investment approach. Bridge’s goal is to become one of the largest and most successful global communities in the financial market.

Entry level venture capital investments are rarely available in amounts less than US 100,000. For many private investors this amount is either out of reach or involves unacceptably high risk, so a large category of potential investors is ignored as a result of the application of old and traditional values.

Bridge wants companies looking for equity to lower the size of the minimum investment and so make the entry level affordable to the general public. We believe that many small investors working together can raise as much capital - or even more - than a few large investors acting individually.

So, Bridge has started his global investment network and building a community by member recruitment. The community's success now is built by combining the strength of many local communities based on relationships. Today, Bridge has been proved to be a serious partner on the financial market to companies looking for equity.

The Bridge concept
Bridge works with a number of international partners, including banks, securities dealers, stock brokers, local experts and representatives to ensure that all companies that offer investment opportunities to the members of our community are in compliance with all appropriate laws and regulations.
Bridge and its community of investors focus on investing in companies that are in their fast growth stage, which means they have left the start up phase and need additional equity (lots of millions) in order to grow faster. This is typically the period of fastest growth in a company's lifecycle. If your investment is successful this potentially gives you an opportunity to accelerate the growth of your portfolio to reach your personal and financial goals.

To limit the risks of capital investments, Bridge has founded his own independent Advisory Board. The members of the Advisory Board are personally invited to join. They have an impressive and well experienced entrepreneurship on international markets and familiar on the markets of venture capital. The Advisory Board evaluates potential investment targets as part of Bridge's system for identifying suitable companies in the growth phase that are looking for pre IPO investors. The Advisory Board meets with the management and owners of potential investment targets and advises them whether or not they meet the basic qualification requirements to access the Bridge investment community with an offer to subscribe for shares. These include the need to demonstrate that the company will provide shareholders with a realistic possibility of achieving a successful exit via an IPO or trade sale at a later stage. The Advisory Board will make their strict selection of well profiled companies before approval to invest. Once an approval, the company will be contracted by Bridge and a first capital injection to the contracted company can be made by issuing shares to the Members of Bridge.

To be part of Bridge

When you become part of Bridge, a Member of the community, we provide access to a number of networks where you will find investment opportunities in local, national and international markets that have rewarding and exciting possibilities. As a new Member of Bridge you gain access to your own personal member account immediately: your 'back-office'. Access to a whole new way of increasing your wealth as a professional investor with your own investments and use of Members benefits, totally controlled from your 'back-office' without any obligations.
In order to invest as a Bridge Member, we require that you first open an investment account with an authorized securities dealer; a world famed bank simultaneously. All investment transactions are done through this securities dealer and before they open an account for you they will carry out a due-diligence exercise to verify that you are a suitable person to open such an account with them. It will takes 3 - 4 weeks investment accounts or 'custody account' to be opened.
Once your 'custody account' opens up in your 'back-office', as a Bridge Member you may subscribe for shares directly to the issuing company via your own Authorised Securities Dealer. Bridge does not handle any money or shares. Bridge does not give investment advice and each Member invests wholly at their own risks as part of the Global Community.

Membership
Bridge membership is open to any individual of legal age in their country of residence wishing to reach financial independence through managing their own investments. Bridge membership can bring achievement of this goal one step closer. Be sure, you do have the legal rights to join Bridge, even to participate in pre-IPO markets as an individual. Citizens of a few countries on the globe do not have the legal rights by law to join such a community like Bridge!
To become a Member of Bridge, you will join the Bridge community by a membership for life. Bridge offers two sorts of memberships with their benefits to new members:
